I turned to Kelly Jo when I entered a new “season” of my life- I am close to being in full
menopause. I was tired and frustrated with the changes to my body as well as my mind. I knew this could not be it for the rest of my life, I wanted to feel like me again. I was getting too tired and injuring myself trying to keep up with what I wanted to do.
